Fiery passion and drama filled the air during this timeless spectacle of love and loss. The intense masterpiece, widely hailed as the most famous opera of all time, brought forth captivating orchestral pieces, brought to life by our marvelous Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. Together with a stellar cast of internationally acclaimed singers, they painted an unforgettable performance.

Amidst the whirlwind of emotions, a gripping love triangle, and the price paid for freedom at its peak, the story of Carmen unfolded magnificently. Particularly, the chilling finale was a moment that truly stole your breath away.

This unforgettable show featured not only the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra but also the powerful harmonies of the Edmonton Opera Chorus and the Cantilon Chorus, adding layers of depth to an already mesmerizing experience. And to top it off, on October 21, we had a sold-out house, adding an extra sparkle to an already incredible evening.
