Opera has always been dramatic. Why not the audience too?
For opening night of Die Walküre, we’re inviting you to dress up, show up, and join a community that loves bold stories and epic worlds - just like you do. Think fantasy flair, Viking vibes, goddess gowns, warrior cloaks, or a simple nod to your favorite myth or fandom.
No need to go full cosplay (unless you want to). A pair of elf ears, a dramatic cape, a little sparkle, it all counts. We’ve had folks dress up for past shows, and the vibe is always supportive, fun, and zero pressure.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up as your biggest, boldest self and having a great time.
