COMMITMENTS

• A weekly two-hour chorus rehearsal on Monday evenings, for a period of 35 weeks, starting in fall 2024 ($20/hour)

• A guaranteed contract for chorus in our 24/25 productions of Die Fledermaus and Aquarius

• Participation in our Holiday Concert programming

• Participation in various outreach and donor events, planned throughout the season

AUDITIONS

Auditions will be held on AprilL 22nd from 4:30-8:30PM and on May 30th from 4:00-8:00PM. For the audition, we ask that you please prepare the following:

• One classical aria or art song in English

• One classical aria or art song in another language of your choice

Please email holly.kroeker@edmontonopera.com with your CV, Headshot, and the title of your two selections by April 17th, 11:59PM. You will be notified of your confirmed audition slot by April 19th.

Please include your preferred audition date, as well as any time restrictions in the email. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.

• October 14th - October 28th, 2024 | Time TBC, Staging rehearsals, (Evenings & Weekends only)

• October 29th, 31st, November 1st, 2nd | 6:30-10:30PM

• November 4th, 5th | 7:00-10:00PM

• Performances: November 7th, 9th, 12th | 7:00-10:00PM

HOLIDAY CONCERT REQUIREMENTS

• December 13th and 14th | 6:-00-10:00PM

AQUARIUS CONCERT

• April 4th | Time TBC
