- What are the box office hours?
Regular box office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm, and 2 to 4:30 pm. - Is the Edmonton Opera box office at the Jubilee Auditorium?
No. We are located at the Winspear Centre, 9720 - 102 Ave. If you are visiting, you must go to the stage door at the rear of the building and take the elevator to the second floor. - How do I become an Edmonton Opera subscriber?
Simply print out our subscription form. Once you have filled it out, you may fax it to us at 780-429-0600, mail it to us, or drop it off at the box office. - Can I renew my subscription over the phone?
Renewals can be processed over the phone, but ONLY for subscribers who are not requesting any seat changes. Seat change requests must be accompanied by a form that is faxed, mailed, or brought in person to the box office. - The June 6th deadline has passed; can I still renew my seats?
Once the deadline has passed, all un-renewed seats are released to new subscribers. If you want your seats from the previous season, we can only guarantee them up until the deadline. If they have been sold after the deadline, we will do what we can to get you seats as close as possible to the ones you want. - When do single tickets go on sale to the general public?
Single tickets are available through Ticketmaster (451-8000) on August 25, 2008. - Can I exchange my tickets if I can't use them?
Only subscribers have the option to exchange tickets they cannot use. The Edmonton Opera box office must have the tickets in hand at least 48 hours in advance of the performance. We can either exchange them for a different evening of the same performance or issue a tax receipt. If you exchange for an evening with a lower ticket price, we will issue a tax receipt for the difference. - What if I missed the performance? Can I still get a tax receipt?
We can only issue a tax receipt or seat exchange up to 48 hours prior to the performance. In order for tickets to be considered a donation, we must be able to release them for re-sale. - If I lose my tickets, can they be replaced?
Only subscription tickets can be replaced. Please call the box office at 429-1000 if you need a ticket replacement.
