Edmonton Opera offers multiple volunteer opportunities. You might...
- Assist with Front of House duties on performance nights
- Help us with special events such as our Golf Classic and Gala
- Lend a hand with our Explorers' Club receptions
- Work with us in our office to facilitate day to day operations
- Aid us backstage during performances (limited opportunities)
- Take a turn at our casinos
Volunteering with Edmonton Opera has its rewards!
For every 10 hours of volunteer time you donate, you'll receive a free ticket to the opera of your choice. You will also be able to meet and mingle with Edmonton Opera staff, crew, and artists, both throughout the season and at our annual appreciation event at year end.
Please Note: Edmonton Opera is happy to provide reference letters and confirmation of time donated as necessary to fulfill academic, corporate, and association based volunteer requirements.
Opportunities to volunteer are dependant upon office and production needs and will therefore be assigned according to the circumstances of the company and the interests of the individual.
