Year-End Matching Campaign

Please consider making a donation to support Edmonton Opera. All new and increased donations received by June 30th will be matched by an anonymous donor, dollar for dollar, up to $100,000.

Membership and Sponsorship

Opera is the greatest of all the arts – it is music, theatre, dance and the visual arts combined. Opera is also one of the most expensive art forms to produce. In fact, revenue generated by ticket purchases covers only a small portion of the cost of producing an opera. The remainder of the funding comes from government, foundations, donors, sponsors, special events...and from the generous contributions from people like you. There are many ways to support Edmonton Opera besides attending the performances.

Edmonton Opera’s Director's Circle

Edmonton Opera’s Director's Circle is our way of providing special recognition of our generous individual donors for their outstanding and sustained annual support. Director's Circle Members will enjoy a number of exclusive functions throughout the season

Endowment Fund Campaign, 2011

Edmonton Opera's mission - to produce consistently first-rate opera productions - needs the support of a permanent Endowment Fund to provide artistic flexibility and long-term stability. With assistance from generous donors like you, we have been working steadily to build these Endowment Funds, held by Edmonton Community Foundation.

Together we raised over $95,000, in 2011.
