Beyond our three Jubilee presentations this year, Edmonton Opera invites you to a very special production in March. Embark on a journey to an exotic island in the Indian Ocean for Bizet's breathtaking story of betrayal, sacrifice, friendship and love... The Pearl Fishers. The harrowing tale of two friends in love with the same woman will melt your heart, as will the most famous men's duet in all opera, "Au Fond du Temple Saint". Colin Ainsworth and Gregory Dahl sing together as Nadir and Zurga, and we are pleased to announce the return of Amy Hansen (our magnificent Lakmé), debuting the role of Leila in an innovative production directed by our own Brian Deedrick. Return with us to the acoustic splendour of the Winspear Centre, and be a part of this unique and intimate operatic experience.

Because this special production will have only two performances, tickets will be extremely limited. All seating will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Get your tickets early to ensure your place in the audience.
