EDMONTON. OPERA.
2010-2012

Edmonton is a city that inspires opera, and, in celebration of this, Edmonton Opera launches a season to delight and thrill Edmontonians in 2010-2011. The mystery and romance of Paris come alive with Puccini’s La Bohème; sharp silliness abounds with shipwrecks, sultans and stranded sopranos in Mozart’s Abduction from the Seraglio; love and revenge mingle with power and beauty in Puccini’s Tosca; and Rossini is revised and relocated to the Alberta Klondike with Barber of Barrhead.

Edmonton Opera 2010-2011 season subscriptions are on sale now via the company’s box office, call 780-429-1000 or visit www.edmontonopera.com for details. The deadline to renew current subscriptions is May 15, 2010. Single tickets for 2010-2011 performances go on sale September 15, 2010.
